Respondent-attorney John F. Swartz was charged with unethical conduct in a formal complaint dated March 23, 1979. The Local Administrative Committee found respondent to have violated Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(4)*fn1 and 7-102(A)(3)*fn2 and recommended that he be suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months. The findings and recommendations of the Committee were approved by the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar of Arizona on a vote of six in favor and one opposed. Respondent objected to the action of the Disciplinary Board, and the matter is now before this Court pursuant to Rule 37, Rules of the Supreme Court, 17A A.R.S.
